Important notice! All intramuscular vaccines must be given with a 1.5 inch needle for people over 200 lb. Link in my bio for more information. Link to CDC guidelines in bio.
Update: a friend had push back at the pharmacy when she referenced the CDC guidelines but had no problem when she said her doctor had recommended the 1.5" needle.
Update: my Pharmacy it did have the correct length needle for me but I had to ask specifically for it. Also, the person asked me two different times if I was sure I wanted such a big needle.
