With over two decades of architectural experience, AAHC Interim President Miriam brings a wealth of knowledge in entitlements, affordable housing projects, construction administration, and design.

We are thrilled to welcome Ami Caldwell to the team as our new Operations Manager! 🌞 Ami brings an incredible background in community-minded leadership, with nearly two decades of experience helping teams collaborate smoothly, streamlining day-to-day processes, and supporting organizational growth.

During her time at Thornburg Investment Management, she truly shone as a people-first leader who focused on building inclusive workplace cultures, mentoring staff, and bringing teams together to solve complex problems. Her strong background is anchored by a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, reflecting her deep passion for coaching and nurturing positive relationships.
