40 Years. The People Behind the Print.

As we get into our promotional and apparel items, let us introduce our Administrative Assistant, Jennifer Bailey.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jennifer has been in the industry for 7 years, starting as a receptionist and working her way up through persistence and a drive to grow. What’s kept her here is the constant learning and the variety — no two days look the same, and there’s always a new way to help businesses promote themselves.

Jennifer prefers coffee over tea and says the best advice she’s received is to give your best, never stop learning, and make yourself a key player in everything you do. That mindset shows in the work she’s most proud of — helping her fiancé build his brand from just a name into a full identity with a logo, signage, uniforms, and more that people recognize and remember.

She’d like to be known professionally for her personality and persistence, and fun fact — she’s never broken a bone.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys coloring as a creative outlet and says she couldn’t live without her dogs. If she could create a holiday, it would be “Reset and Recharge Day,” and if she could switch lives with a fictional character for a day, it would be Don Draper from Mad Men.

One part of the First Impression Inc. mission that resonates most with her is keeping money in New Mexico and supporting local business first.
