WHAT: A stage adaptation of the original screenplay by Autistic filmmaker, Marit Rawley. Directed by Michelle Otero.

The White World tells the story of Clara, a young dancer caught in limbo, “the white world,” between the living and the dead.

With Death as her guide, she looks over scenes from her short life and must decide whether to return to her family and friends or to move on to what comes next.


Presented in partnership with Maple Street Dance Space and the National Hispanic Cultural Center.
