We all have scripts running in our minds, often based on how we survived as children. These scripts might sound like this:
“I can’t trust anyone.”
“I’m only loved when I’m useful.”
“I’m not good enough.”
These beliefs aren’t the truth—they’re survival responses. As adults, we can rewrite these scripts with more empowering beliefs like “I am worthy of love just as I am.” 💖

The survival patterns we develop in childhood often stick with us into adulthood. These patterns—whether it’s people-pleasing, avoiding conflict, or staying small—were once there to protect us. But as adults, they can block our growth and connection.
Healing starts when you notice these patterns and recognize they no longer serve you. The key is becoming aware and creating space for new, healthier responses. You’re no longer in survival mode—you’re safe to thrive.

Anxiety tells you lies. It whispers that you're not enough, that everyone else has it figured out but you.
Here's how I learned to silence that voice: by recognizing it for what it is—a story, not a fact.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡? Going into the feelings and sensations that arise in the body when anxiety floods you. Allow the sensations to move without attaching a story to it or identifying with the anxiety.
Anxiety isn't a mental health condition it is experienced in the body and the body informs the mind.
