Hi, I’m Andrea (she/her)—I was born and raised in the South Valley of Albuquerque, New Mexico and received my BA in Anthropology and MA in Counseling at the University of New Mexico in 2013. I believe that each person has the ability to be their best self and I’m here to help you along the ride. I am here to support you, challenge you, provide information and feedback, and do so without judgement. I am here to assist you in finding your path and to help you find the building blocks to put together your life in a way that makes you feel good about it. I work with clients 14 years and older and specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions, and have over 10 years experience in the mental health field. I utilize an eclectic framework that best fits your needs and would love to meet you and see if we’re a good fit.
