I think it's time I write this as it's been nearly a month. As many of you do not know. My dad Bill decided to sell the shop. The new owner is the daughter of the cell phone place next door. I (Will) run this Facebook group and will delete this page as soon as the new owner gets hers going. With that I wanted you to get thanks for all the past present support you have given our family shop! thank you for 18 years! If you need to reach Bill you all can find me Will Warren on Facebook might take me a bit to write back but it's a easy way to stay in touch!

With that I am gonna sign off this page I will still untill she takes over the new owner try to respond as much as possible.

Update to the previous post. Surgery scheduled for 5:45am tomorrow morning August 9th 2022 well checkin time. Surgery around 7. Hopefully discharged tomorrow around 11am. I am not sure what my dads plans are for having the shop open tomorrow but I would prefer he doesn’t open due to the chances of complications for me surgery wise. Will update this whenever possible! Thank you for the thoughts prayers wisdom etc! This is Will writing this!

Okay I am publishing this a week early. As many of you know on this page back in February my dad and I were in a car crash against a semi truck. As I (Will) stated back then I hurt my shoulder. It’s been nearly 6 months and this next Tuesday August 9th I am having rotator cuff surgery done. I don’t know how much my condition will change but I have asked my dad to atleast close the shop the 9th and we will reevaluate as that comes closer! I am beyond nervous never had surgery on me before just dental work.

This is Will writing this post. My father this evening closed the shop early. Which is not common on his part. He did not feel well and did not look good. Albuquerque fire and Albuquerque ambulance came to our home checked him and transported him to Presbyterian hospital downtown. They believe he might have suffered a minor stroke. He will be kept overnight. The shop is CLOSED tomorrow and I will update this when we find out more!

I scream ice cream will be closed today Thursday and tomorrow Friday due to Bill having a medical procedure surgery. We will decide hours for Saturday at a later time. This is Will his son!

Heads up Albuquerque, we were broken into sometime last night Thursday and this morning Friday. They shot the door. Cash register is destroyed. Police still need to come out. Our phone line doesn't work. Not sure if we will be open. We will let you know. This is Will not Bill writing this...

Due to the winter storm that produced snow and frigid temperatures in the metro. I Scream Ice Cream will be CLOSED today SUNDAY February 14th 2021. We hope to be reopen tomorrow Monday! Stay safe and warm everybody,!
