Finally getting around to sharing these baddie 🐍 on the last day of !
I started them during a trip with my fellow knitting/sewing buddies but was still recovering from ankle surgery and only managed to cut and learn how to do appliqué - I’m not a sewist☺️ but learning how to make pockets was so enjoyable! I’ve graduated to a cane that my mom added turquoise to and let’s pray I didn’t curse my other leg by putting a very taboo animal on it😬
I’m feeling more like myself everyday and starting to even get back to the gym for some movement! I’ll never take for granted going on a simple stroll again. 🥰

My husband’s grandma used to make him felted slippers for Christmas when he was a kid 🎄. I wish I’d had more time to know her before she passed—I have a feeling we would’ve been close, bonded by our shared love for him and for crafting. So when I saw the , I just knew they were meant to be made for him.🥰 I hope everyone is wrapping up and sewing all your ends in before Christmas!🎁

P.s. This was a project that I had to definitely trust the process because they looked hilariously giant😂
