not absent, just trying to keep up with the life i asked for 🏃🏽‍♀️💨

life has been moving fast lately. between grad school, internship, work, teaching fitness classes, trying to maintain relationships, routines, eat enough protein, sleep enough, and still feel like a person at the end of the day… i’ve honestly just been trying to keep up with it all.

i think i imagined balance would feel a lot more graceful than this. instead it’s looked like missed texts, disappearing from instagram for weeks at a time, learning how to say no, and realizing i can’t pour into everything at once.

but somewhere in the middle of all the chaos, i’ve also realized how lucky i am to have a life that asks so much of me in the first place. even if i’m still learning how to hold it gently. 🤍
