Next Level Restoration and Remodel

We had a very good experience with Next Level, from the gentleman who came to give us the estimate (Marcos, no nonsense and to the point as well as knowledgeable and straightforward) to the two gentlemen that did the work. They were very courteous: quiet when they came in and out of the house, skilled (the work they did was beautiful) and clean (put drop cloth down in the hallways so as not to dirty the hallway floors and left the bathroom and surrounding area spotless). The pricing was very fair compared to other estimates we got. I would not hesitate to hire this company again.

My wife and I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with the workmanship and professionalism that was exhibited by all of the crew members of Next Level that did the repair, reconstruction and painting of our living room after we experienced water damage and mold on and in the ceiling. From our first meeting with them assessing the damage to the last members cleaning up, vacuuming and moving the furniture back, they all knew what had to be done. We had a water heater leak that flooded our garage as well as our living room. The wood floor was soaked and ruined. I called next level the next day and they showed up immediately to asses the situation and started dryers to dry the affected areas, The whole crew from the office staff to the workers all were very professional as well as polite. Once the job was complete it looked as if nothing ever happened. Communication throughout the project was top notch. I would highly recommend Next level .
