5:15 am, 6:00 am and 6:00 pm at the corner of Depot St. and Troy Alexander Blvd. Park in lower parking lot at YMCA and walk down the hill. I will have water at all sessions.
It is free to participate. $15.00 if you want a tee shirt or tank.
