This patient had a severe deep bite, lower incisor wear, crowding of the upper and lower teeth, and a crossbite.

We treated this patient with full upper and lower braces for 24 months.

This patient’s teeth on the upper jaw were too far forward, had a severe deep bite with lower incisors impinging on the palatal tissue, narrow upper and lower jaw, crowding of the upper and lower teeth, upper teeth were protrusive, upper diastema, frenum involvement, and a severe overjet.

This patient previously had phase 1 treatment. We treated this patient with phase two treatment with full upper and lower braces and palatal expander for 24 months.
