Erin Sullivan and Josh Martin celebrate work anniversaries this month at Media Logic! We're grateful that Erin has been with us for three years, and Josh for 21 years. Time flies when you have great company!

After 39 years at Media Logic, our beloved Carol Ainsburg is retiring, and we're certain we'll never find another like her.

Carol has been with us almost since the beginning, joining ML in 1987 as a graphic designer and finishing her career as our Director of Studio Services – a title that belies the many hats she has worn. Born with a strong "curiosity gene," Carol's unique and wide-ranging role stems from her relentless "can do" attitude and her willingness to take on responsibilities because somebody needed to. She gives her all to everything she does and has a gift for making everyone around her feel welcome, supported, and included. Those same qualities are what made her an exceptional mentor who led by example.

As our founder and CEO David Schultz put it: "There's no way to find a new Carol. She has been — and will always be — part of the fabric of Media Logic."

To send her off, we gave Carol — a lover of the outdoors — a custom-engraved oar inscribed with the words her teammates use to describe her. A nod to the memories she's made with us and the big adventures still ahead.

Heidi Rodgers is celebrating 25 years with Media Logic, and we couldn't be more grateful! 🎉

Heidi has had a hand in just about everything we do: TV and video, audio, direct mail, email, web, digital display, data and reporting.

She brings a calm, can-do attitude to every project and has a real gift for bringing out the best in everyone around her.

Here's to twenty-five years of hard work and good energy!
