Miquella’s Needle // Silverpoint 🥀

Three weeks post myomectomy and I’m still relegated to sitting in a chair for most of the day, so I needed something I could sit and work on without a lot of supplies to manage and having to get up and down. I’ve been wanting to try out silverpoint again for a bit, so this seemed like the perfect time. It’s a bit of an unforgiving medium and will take a lot of practice, but I’m kind of obsessed with it. It should be surprising to no one that my hand went first to replicating one of the many beautiful designs from Elden Ring. This one felt extra fitting for the last few months for me, since the story behind it is a search for healing, and relief from pain.
