I'm grateful that time marches on. There are so many times when we lament about how quickly life passes with kids. But it's exciting to watch them grow - a true blessing and privilege.

If *there* is a "normal", life for our family is pretty much back to normal. Grace took her SATS this fall, applied to colleges, gotten her driving permit, started a weekend job, taken a couple of road trips with friends, and gotten her braces off after 2 years and 9 months!! I think for now - she's leaning toward Gordon College, which we love. We pray that it is the right fit for her and all the financial stuff works out.

Surprisingly I don't have many recent photos. This is one I have from the Foreign Language Lip Sync competition last week - it's of Grace's French 5 class. They are holding photos of their beloved teacher, Mr. Brown, an amazing teacher (and wonderful support to Grace when she transitioned back to school).

It's been a while since I posted here. We've had an incredibly busy fall season chock full of activities: from homecoming to halloween, college visits, school work, National Honor Society, a 5k race, volleyball senior night, and Grace's 17th birthday. As always we are grateful for Grace's continued healing and for all the love and support from our community, church, and friends. Every day is a gift.
