Join us on Saturday, June 20 from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Albany State University West Gym for a FREE community event focused on helping men take charge of their health. There will be free health screenings, expert health tips and free t-shirts (while supplies last). Now is the time to get involved. Dear Belize,

If that is true, then what you gave me was nothing short of love itself.

You healed parts of me I didn’t even know were aching.
You stretched and evolved me in ways I could never have imagined.

Your warmth held me like an embrace.
Your waters restored me.
Your people are magic.
Your food was divine.

It was an honor to meet you.
An honor to serve your people.
An honor to answer the call that brought me to your shores.

I came on a mission, but I left fulfilled… full of gratitude, full of wonder, full of the kind of peace that lingers long after departure.

Thank you for receiving me so fully.
Thank you for reminding me that healing can look like sunlight, saltwater, shared laughter, and open hearts.
