Our people are the heart of St. Anne Institute. Every day, they show up with compassion, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to the children, youth, and families we serve. Simply put, we would not be who we are without them.

Last week, we had the pleasure of celebrating our incredible team at our annual staff picnic. It was a wonderful day filled with great food, laughter, games, and time together. We also had the opportunity to recognize employees for their years of service and the lasting impact they have made on our agency.

A special congratulations to Angela on her retirement after 43 years of dedicated service to St. Anne Institute. We also celebrated Deb for an extraordinary 40 years of service, making her our longest-tenured current employee. And congratulations to Christie, this year's recipient of the Saint Mary Euphrasia Award, presented annually to a staff member whose compassion, care, and heart reflect the spirit of our founding Sisters.

To every member of our team, thank you. Your kindness, commitment, and hard work make a difference every single day. We are honored to work alongside you and grateful for all you do to help young people and families heal, grow, and build brighter futures. 💙💛

Today we honor the fathers and father figures who show up with strength, patience, and love. Thank you for the quiet sacrifices, the steady guidance, and the encouragement that helps others grow. Your impact is seen, felt, and deeply appreciated. All of us here at at St. Anne Institute are wishing a meaningful Father’s Day to those who give so much of themselves to care for others.

Today, we recognize Juneteenth and celebrate the enduring spirit, strength, and achievements of Black communities.
