It is hard to believe but in less than two weeks on November 2nd the 5th annual Moreau Half will take place. Check out the picture of the socially distanced and masked start of 2020 (Greyhound wave).

One of the main reasons we at Mountain Dog Running started this race was to provide true trail running opportunities in the capital district. It has been gratifying to see more and more people running on the trails of Moreau year long both in the woods and on Strava.

As usual we will have a post race BBQ. This year we have two sponsors providing non-alcoholic beer Athletic Brewing Company and regular beer SingleCut North & Side Stage Tap Room. It should be a great celebration.

If you can't run we still need more volunteers.
