Did you know that in 1961, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. came to Albany, Georgia, to encourage and inspire thousands with three impassioned speeches before sparking Albany’s Famous Civil Rights March to the Trailways Bus Station?

Join us in celebrating his life and legacy, the impact on the Albany Movement and our chapter in the larger civil rights story with a visit to the Albany Civil Rights Institute or on the U.S. Civil Rights Trail.
