Continuing with meeting our coaches, meet Coach Ross! Coach Ross is a lifelong fitness enthusiast since 2007. His personal journey sparked his passion for helping others find movement that fits their lives.
Ross is an Exos-certified Fitness Specialist and is also currently earning his Corrective Exercise Specialist certification through ISSA (the International Sports Sciences Association), deepening his ability to help clients move safely, efficiently, and pain-free.
Ross loves working with people of all ages—especially people in their 30s to their 80s—helping them move with confidence, feel strong, and stay consistent.
His mission? To make fitness something you look forward to—not something you “have” to do!
