Here's a great opportunity to prep for the AlbanyTri: The Albany Move’n’Groove 5K run/walk and 0.5 mile kids race which takes place this SUNDAY (4/27) on the same route that you bike on for the triathlon, only here you're running 6 laps instead of cycling 12. Check out the details below for how to sign up (online registration ends tonight, 4/23).

Albany Move'n'Groove 2025 The Albany Move'n'Groove 2025 is on Sunday April 27, 2025. It includes the following events: 5K Run or Walk, 5K Stroller, 5K Para Athlete, and Half-Mile Kids Race (10 & under).

Congrats to all who came out to compete at the 2024 AlbanyTri this past Sunday! 👏🏼 Also thanks to the many volunteers & organizers who helped the event run smoothly. The weather was excellent for the first day of fall, which officially occurred at 5:43 AM Pacific time race day morning. 🍁
