This year’s event will feature the world premiere of two Public Service Announcement films written and directed by 518 ElevatED Scholars. These films highlight issues facing youth in the Capital Region, from the importance of third spaces to safety while walking home. They were created as part of the Albany County Legislature’s Anti-Bullying Initiative, in collaboration with The Don’t Wait Project and The Red Bookshelf.
