A few of the recent projects. Busy month so far.

Truth!

two different bands on the looms this week. I'm liking both. The black and gold is still on the loom. Hopefully by Tuesday or Wednesday.
The other band is inspired by our regional SCA groups arms.
Its a fun and easy weave. Using cotton for that one.

Today's warp. 20/2 silk. Thank you Eowyn de Wever for a luscious product.
4 hole version of Bertille de Chelles. (Extant appears to be missed hole technique)
1/2" wide. Hopefully close to 5 yards when finished.

After a very productive January, 7 bands, and a very low key February, only 2 bands, it's looking to be a great month for weaving in March. It's my hope to have a lot more content to post and stories to share. Some of what I will be posting will be presentation or teaching videos as well as some process pics. Of course there will also be all the new bands as well. I'm in a multiples mood. So that means same pattern in multiple color combinations. This week will be silk. I haven't played with it in far too long. I'll be warping the first band of the month in the morning.
There a few secret squirrel projects in the works as well that won't be shown until Summer. And one long term weaving project that I intend as an auction item at some point. More to come on that later.

This was February's project. Nice little simple bands in plain weave. The one band is a whole piece. The 2nd band will be garters in the next day or two. Need to add hardware.

What a busy month. The weaving bug has bitten me hard. Which is nice and a relief after 2 months with almost zero motivation or inspiration.
This is the 6th band from my loom this month.
#5 is tedious and annoying so it isn't done yet
