1 of the official City of Albany Tulip Beds, the Hudson Riverfront Tulip Bed, located in one of the oldest sections of Albany dating back to the 1620's, on Broadway between Pruyn & Hamilton Streets, in front of the Hudson Riverfront Entrance to the 787 Freeway. This is the southernmost intersection on Broadway before the freeway and the closest intersection to the site of the original Fort Orange from 1624 which is under the freeway overpass....

One of my favorites of the sidewalk Nipper Dog statues in Albany is this one at the end of Maiden Lane where you walk up the stairs to the Hudson River Walkway over 787 & the Railroad to Jennings Landing for Alive at Five every summer! There are 20 rotating 3-foot Nipper statues all around town every summer imitating our 28-foot-high World’s Largest Nipper Dog downtown on Broadway! Can you find them all?

After almost a decade here, I've still yet to find them all as they rotate every couple years and change locations and new artists create new artpieces. I just recently found this guy and his friend you'll meet shortly literally inside of the downtown parking garage at my job, 677 Prime, the finest dining in the Capital District!...

This beauty was sitting right outside our local neighborhood bar district, directly across from the PD. Look at the hand grip to open the hood...steel, no plastic or aluminum anywhere1 Petrol intake on the front passenger side over the tire, solid black tires, small silver rund rim I'm not a car guy but i've never seen a curved exhaust that protruded out from under the vehicle past the bumper....really wished I could have heard this. Safe + Sound & Aerodynamic! German Design!
