-HOUSE-MADE BRISKET & SAUSAGE KOLACHES-

Originally brought to Texas by Czech immigrants, a kolache has become a Texas staple—soft, slightly sweet bread wrapped around savory fillings, making it the perfect grab-and-go meal. Think of it as comfort food you can hold in one hand.

Today we’re putting our own spin on this Texas classic.

Made from our in-house ground and stuffed pecan wood-smoked brisket and pork sausage, layered with provolone and American cheese, then wrapped in our signature brioche dough. Finished with a sprinkle of poppy seeds and baked until golden brown.

Served with our house-made Hatch green chile and candied jalapeño mustard sauce for the perfect balance of smoky, savory, sweet, and spicy.

Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or a full meal.
