YAY! We are officially reopening our doors on 2/2, and we can’t wait to see you real soon! Here’s what you should know while we prep for your safe return:

•We are working as quickly as possible to respond to email requests. If you haven’t heard back from us yet, we will be calling you soon to get you rescheduled! We will be prioritizing missed appointments.

•We will begin scheduling new appointments once we’ve gotten through our missed appointments. If you’d like to make a new appointment, email us at [email protected] with your name, phone number, desired service, and preferred stylist.

•If you have a valid outstanding appointment on or after February 2, don't worry, it's still there! Watch for our confirmation email reminder a few days before.

•As always, your health and safety is our top priority. We will continue to take extra precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff.

You might have heard the exciting news that Governor Newsom will be lifting the stay-at-home order. While this is great news, we will be remaining closed until we hear from Alameda County that we are allowed to reopen. Stay tuned, we will be sure to keep you posted with any updates about reopening! We are holding off on rescheduling missed appointments or scheduling new appointments until we have a definitive reopening date. We miss you all and can’t wait to welcome you back to Grove soon!
