This sound healing event offers a space to pause within that seasonal turning and enjoy an opportunity to settle the body, clear tension carried through the dark of winter, and allow the subtle intelligence of sound to help integrate what is ready to emerge.

Join us for deep rest through vibration and resonance. May the tilling of your inner soil be gentle and welcome the aeration the spring air brings.

Various unique instruments, plus gong, and
crystal bowls create a field of sound that supports your nervous system, assists with emotional release, and energetic recalibration.

not static but something that we continually return to.
