June gave us beautiful weddings, packed events, long days, late nights, full coolers, full dance floors, and a whole lot of “okay, what’s next?”

So naturally, we celebrate!

Event season is officially in full swing, and we’re very grateful for a team that works hard, laughs harder, and gets right back up when June takes them out.

Here’s to July. 🥂

Some menu items mean a little more.

For this wedding, we served passed empanadas inspired by our bride’s Colombian heritage.

Short rib, chicken, and beef empanadas served with salsa verde and guacamole during cocktail hour.

One of our favorite parts of catering weddings is finding ways to bring personal touches into the menu. Whether it’s a family recipe, a cultural tradition, or a favorite late-night snack, those details are often what guests remember most.

And these empanadas were definitely a hit

Not to be dramatic but people really lock in at a nacho bar.

Everyone suddenly has very strong opinions about toppings.

And honestly? It’s fun to watch.

Something about stations like this changes the energy of a corporate event a little.
People move around more.
Talk longer.
Actually interact instead of just sitting through another event.

This one with at was a good reminder that corporate events can still feel really social.
