Recently, we helped negotiate a five-year lease for a light industrial building in Albany. The challenge? The incoming Tenant’s business use had never operated in this building before.

That meant we couldn’t simply sign a lease and hand over the keys.

Before the transaction could move forward, we worked through the conditional use application process with Linn County Planning to obtain approval for the change in use. These are the behind-the-scenes steps that often go unseen but can make all the difference in getting a deal across the finish line.

After many years as a teacher, she brings a gift for educating, encouraging, and guiding others through unfamiliar situations with confidence and clarity—skills that translate beautifully to real estate.

In her role at Copper Rock, Angie will focus on residential and ag real estate and will help with client support and transaction coordination. She will be a true gift to our office.
