Can people really change?

My initial response was yes, absolutely! Everyone has the potential to change... But ... Change is harder than it seems and potential doesn't always manifest into action.

There are so many things going against change, the boxes were put ourselves in, the boxes other people have for us, spouses, finances, kids and the world. Everything I listed has an idea on how you should be and the second you start to act differently, you get pushback that makes you question if you can really be different, a better version of yourself.

However, when you do change you will say "I don't know why I waited so long!"

There are always things we need to improve but it will never happen if you are afraid of the unknown. In the Marine Corps we were trained to run towards the sound of gunfire because someone may need our help. You can train yourself to run towards your destiny instead of running away from me.

Ultimately I motivate me and you motivate to be different. What are you waiting for?
