It's easy to make assumptions.

But what if we're only seeing part of the story?

Before some students ever step into a classroom, they've already cared for siblings, managed responsibilities at home, or navigated challenges most of us never see.

The question isn't always, "Why isn't this student succeeding?"
Sometimes the better question is, "What might this student be carrying that we don't yet understand?"
