🌟 Celebrate Safely This July 4th! 🌟
Due to extreme wildfire risk and ongoing fire restrictions, the use of all fireworks is prohibited within the City of Alamosa through July 31, 2026, by order of the Alamosa Fire Chief. This Independence Day, help protect our homes, public lands, first responders, and neighbors by choosing safer ways to celebrate: attend community events, enjoy time with family and friends, use glow items or decorative lighting, and grill responsibly. Even a single spark can start a wildfire under current conditions. Thank you for doing your part to keep the San Luis Valley safe this holiday weekend. 🇺🇸🚒🏔️
