🥋 Alameda Recreation and Park Department – Spring 2026 Karate Session Begins March 24!

Join us for Wado Kai karate, a traditional Japanese style meaning “the way of peace and harmony.” This practice emphasizes natural movement, precision, and timing—making it suitable for all ages and experience levels.

Classes are open to both kids (ages 8+) and adults.

Build flexibility and stamina, develop inner strength and calmness, and learn to respond intuitively in any situation. Beginners are welcome!
