Miss Alameda
Before I release the next episode of Creating Resilience, I need to share something from my heart. I’ve just recorded a special disclosure video because the chapter I am about to open covers a part of my journey that most people know absolutely nothing about. For a long time, I was threatened into silence. 🤐💔
But I am choosing to speak now.
I want to be completely clear: I am not sharing this story to turn anyone into a villain, nor am I sharing it to make myself a victim. I take full, absolute ownership of my journey and the dynamics I played in my own experience. Everything I have gone through has molded me into the woman, the advocate, and the leader I am today. I am profoundly grateful for every experience—because I know that intense pressure and adversity are exactly what create diamonds. 💎✨
I am intentionally choosing not to name certain individuals. My goal is to protect, not to blame. This isn't about pointing fingers; it is about stepping into the light. I am sharing this raw truth because I know there are others out there navigating similar situations right now. I am speaking so that my story can be a roadmap, a comfort, and a source of strength for anyone who needs to hear it on their own path to healing. 👑🕊️
Thank you for holding space for my truth as we step into this next chapter together.
Watch the disclosure video now. My story belongs to me, and it’s time to share the light. ❤️🙏🏽❤️
Creating Resilience: Episode 6, Part 2
Part 2 of my first superhero mission is out, and it gets wild! 🎬🦸♀️✨
There I was, at the climate leader training, with my Recycle Woman DVD and a letter in hand, ready to give it to Al Gore. But when the moment came, I froze. I was too timid, got ushered away with a crowd, and completely missed my chance. 💔
As I stood there, I realized I would never forgive myself if I left without fulfilling my assignment. So, I did the unthinkable. I pulled off my very first superhero flying act—literally jumping right past his bodyguards to hand-deliver it to him personally! 💥💿
I shocked the security, I shocked the room, and honestly, I shocked myself. But that was the exact moment I realized that being a leader means doing whatever it takes to deliver your message to the world. It’s that exact relentless grit that prepared me to become the CEO I am today. 📈🕊️

Creating Resilience: Episode 6, Part 1
Part 1 of my first official superhero mission is officially live on Creating Resilience! 🎬🦸🏽♀️✨
It all started at a movie theater screening of my film, Recycle Woman. An audience member looked at me and gave me an assignment. She said, 'Al Gore needs to see this film.'
Most people would have taken that as a compliment and left it there. But I took it as a literal directive. I packed up the DVD, stepped into my purpose, and set out on a mission to deliver it directly to him. 💿💼
This episode is the story of what happens when you stop questioning your calling and start acting on it. It was the first time I truly realized that being a leader means turning big, seemingly impossible ideas into real-world action.
Looking back now, I can see how this exact grit and determination laid the groundwork for everything I do today. It’s the very definition of stepping up to the next level. 📈🕊️

Creating Resilience: Episode 5, Part 1A
I’ll be honest with you—this episode was the hardest one yet to film. 🕊️✨
I noticed so much internal resistance coming up. I found myself digging in my heels and making every excuse to push the recording back. I realized it’s because I’m reaching the parts of my journey that I’ve kept locked away for years. It’s one thing to live the story; it’s another to find the courage to release it.
This is the story of Recycle Woman. 🦸♀️♻️
She was the superhero who came before 'Resilience.' She was resourceful, innovative, and fiercely dedicated. But she was also carrying the weight of a version of me that was deeply troubled and, at times, heartbroken.
In this episode, I’m sharing it all—the moments of pure innovation and the moments of total unraveling at the seams. I had to learn that sometimes, the only way out is through total surrender and acceptance of what is. I had to let Recycle Woman die so that Resilience could rise.
Thank you for being patient with me as I navigate this. Sharing the 'unraveling' isn’t easy, but I know it’s the only way to reach the grace on the other side.
The story of Recycle Woman is live. I hope it reminds you that it’s okay to outgrow the version of yourself that once saved you. ❤️🙏🏽♥️
This is it—the final sprint to the finish line! 🏁✨
