is such a beneficial and overlooked modality to many a program design these days and is applicable to anybody’s regimen. I like to have my clients use the from (one of the greatest and most innovative fitness gurus alive today in my opinion). These clubs use a dynamic weight and are simply amazing for, among a great other many applications, increasing the range of motion in shoulders. I love using these clubs to warmup my clients before certain upper body focused training days.
