This class is great if you have been feeling overwhelmed, under-resourced, disconnected, or if you just want to take your life to the next level of spiritual, mental and emotional healing. In this class, I teach about the levels of healing, and provide tools and practices for working through emotional triggers, strengthening your connection to the Divine (whatever name you use), and learning individual and group healing techniques which we use in class to bring about transformation in your life. We also do some deeper inner healing to reclaim parts of ourselves we have lost and release what is not our most authentic self.
