As we wrap-up the last two weeks, it's good to reflect on our 15th Anniversary celebration in light of our nation's 250th Birthday celebrations.
The common thread: Freedom. The ability for every individual to pursue their chosen path. We are so grateful to be able to contribute to the building of that freedom for our Veterans, their families and the Military community.
As we look back, we continue to move forward with relentless passion to deliver Mindful Resilience tools every day through the practice of Yoga. Our mission is to spread and reach as many Veterans as possible. Thank you for your help, support and dedication as we press onward!

There's a new class on the block! Check out our newest addition on Mondays with Sarah George.
Midday Yoga Recharge is a 60-minute yoga practice appropriate for all levels. This class focuses on posture, flexibility, joint safety, intentional movement and breathing. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace and listen to their bodies and connect your movement to the rhythm of your breath.
