Everyone’s looking for quick health “hacks,” but I’m all about evidence-based tools that are actually worth the investment. 🧬✨

Red light therapy is part of my recovery routine to boost overall wellness and muscle repair.

The best part? It’s usually FSA/HSA eligible! 💳🙌

My top recommendations:

🏠 At home: LUMEBOX | Red Light Therapy
🧖‍♀️ In studio: beem Light Sauna Pleasanton | Infrared Sauna + Red Light Therapy (red light sauna experience!)

Great way to use your red light therapy is.

☀️ MORNING: Best for boosting collagen, waking up your brain, and setting your circadian rhythm.

💪 POST-WORKOUT: Within 2-3 hours of training to cut recovery time in half.

🌙 NIGHT: Great for targeted pain relief and winding down (just don’t stare directly into it right before bed!)

You are on the right track!

The wellness algorithm on social media rewards the dramatic.

The 5am routine, the cold plunge, the red light panels and vibration plates.

And hey, don’t get me wrong, I do a lot of these things, too!

But ask anyone who has truly changed their health what did it, and you’ll often get something less glamorous.

🍳🫐They focused on a nutrient-dense way of eating.

☀️ They started getting sunshine.

🚶‍♀️They walked most days.

🛏️ They went to bed earlier.

They picked one thing and stuck with it long after it stopped feeling exciting.

So if your progress feels too small to post about, don’t sweat it.

You might just be doing it more right than you think you are!

What’s one low-key healthy habit you do consistently that nobody else sees?

“I can’t afford to be healthy.”

Let’s bust this myth right now. 👇

Good health isn’t complicated, and it doesn’t require a massive budget.

Your health is a long-term investment, but you don’t need to start at the top.

Build your foundation first with the things that cost exactly $0:

1️⃣ Master the Free Stuff: Quality sleep, daily movement, deep breathing, sunshine, Mother Nature

2️⃣ Focus on the Food: Shift toward whole-food nutrition.

3️⃣ Invest When Ready: Then, if your budget allows:

🌟 1:1 with a Nutritional Therapist like myself 👋to truly optimize your wellness.

🌟 Look into a yoga or gym membership 🏋🏻

🌟 Personal trainer to help you move and lift heavy weights properly

Start small. Be consistent.

Because at the end of the day, health is the greatest wealth you’ll ever own. ❤️
