Before anyone freaks out in the comments over a meme, I KNOW this clip is from a charity event where men wear women’s shoes to “raise awareness” for domestic violence against women. Video memes use clips from another source to make a point. I shouldn’t have to explain this in 2024. Also, I personally have a lot of issues with this event even though I think the cause is good. First of all, no need to emasculate men in order to somehow help women. Secondly, most women don’t wear uncomfortable red stilletos! If they are going to have men wear women’s shoes “for awareness” or whatever, they should be more accurate. I want to see some Danskos, brooks, throw in some uggs, flip flops. It’s just silly. More gender bending nonsense. I’m not into performative humiliation to make a point. Kind of like when all the white liberals bowed before black people at the BLM protests. Some even put their hands in chains 🤦🏽‍♀️. It doesn’t help anything 🙄 05/27/2024
