2025 was a year focused on ex*****on. In the second year of our strategic framework, it was time for the rubber to meet the road and produce real results that strengthen the economic development in our community and across the state of Ohio.

Last year, we did just that.

In 2025, Bounce:

📈 Grew Building occupancy by 10% in addition to hosting over 20,000 visitors for more than 350 events throughout the year

💵 Our clients DOUBLED the amount of third party capital raises from the previous year and crossed over 1,000 jobs created since opening in 2018

🏢 Launched the inaugural cohort of the Synthe6 Materials Accelerator, which recruited an out-of-state company to do business in Ohio

🧪 Advanced lab space infrastructure investment to support polymer startups and the shared goals with the Polymer Industry Cluster

🇩🇪 Welcomed Germany-based MKV Polymers for their first U.S. location as well as over 20 other tech startups into our community

2025 was a year to remember and celebrate for the Bounce community, and this level of impact would not be possible without our partners, entrepreneurs and supporters who ensure that Bounce is a place where bold ideas and businesses can take root and flourish.
