Please respect appointment times so that I can provide quality service to every client.

⏰ Arrival Expectations
• Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
• If you are running late, please call or text as soon as possible.

🕒 15-Minute Grace Period
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
• Arrivals within this time will still be serviced.

💵 Late Fee Policy
• If you arrive after the 15-minute grace period, a $20 late fee will be required before services begin.
• The late fee does not reduce the service price.

❌ Excessive Lateness
• Arrivals 30 minutes or more late may result in appointment cancellation.
• If cancelled due to lateness, the deposit is non-refundable.

📅 Rescheduling
• Repeated late arrivals may require a deposit for future bookings or may result in refusal of service.
