Virtual and in person classes are still a thing even though we’re not in the studio space. Check the schedule and hit me up for more info!

So many emotions!! Did you check your email? Yesterday I sent out the details about the closure of our wonderful studio…here’s the down low:

1. We’re (hopefully) moving to New Zealand 🇳🇿
2. Whoa! I know!
3. Last class is Oct 28th
4. I’ll be selling off equipment & decor, so get your name on things asap.
5. We’ll have a going away party & a pick up your equipment day on the 29th & 30th (details later).
6. I love you. I’m so thankful for each of you and your support over the last couple years and the many years prior.
7. I’ll be taking private & duo Pilates equipment & mat clients starting in Nov. Reach out if interested. Virtual classes will also be an option if enough interest is expressed.

It has taken me many days to process through some (not even close to all) of the feeling about the “supreme” court decision to overturn Roe as law. The loss of autonomy should scare the bejesus out of you no matter what your views about abortion itself. Their ability to whisk away the right to make individual decisions for yourself as a uterus toting human being is terrifying and shows us that it’s not about pro-life, because if it was they would have whisked away the right to acquire guns that are used to murder said children they say they’re trying to save or there’d be some movement on universal kindergarten or access to free childcare, etc etc. Now I can rant and rant and will continue to use my voice as long as it’s needed…and I hope you do too.
But if you’ve made it this far into this caption, more than anything I want you to know that I support you, stand with you, will stand up for you and will vote for us to own our own bodies…because if you don’t absolutely own all the rights to that, then you own nothing.
This studio is a safe space where you can talk and discuss or choose to shut it all out. It is a place to come move your gorgeous, capable body with freedom and support. I love you. We love you. Let’s FIGHT and RESIST with passion. 💜
