Meet LaCole Suddeth: a true testament to faith, resilience, and what it means to NEVER give up. 💫

Founder of Breakfast in Bed by LaCole, LaCole turned a simple idea of serving homemade breakfast plates from her home—into a thriving café that now stands as a pillar of hope in her community. But her journey didn’t come without trials.

From rebuilding after divorce to facing homelessness with her three sons, LaCole’s story is one of unwavering determination. She worked tirelessly, holding onto her vision even in her darkest moments. And when opportunity came knocking, she answered with faith: securing a building she didn’t have the funds for and trusting God to make a way.

In April 2023, she opened her café doors. By Mother’s Day 2025, she became the OWNER of the very historic building that once stood as a forgotten space. 👏🏽

Today, LaCole isn’t just serving breakfast: she’s serving inspiration, legacy, and proof that purpose will always prevail. 🍳✨
