Another spike we’re loving right now is Larkspur!

These tall, beautiful stems are covered in the sweetest tiny flowers, giving them such a delicate look while still adding a big, airy presence to any bouquet or arrangement. We love how soft the petals are, how much texture they bring, and how easily they can stand tall on their own or blend into something full and garden-inspired.

Larkspur is one of those flowers that feels both simple and special, and we’re so happy to have it blooming in so many beautiful shades right now, but it won't be around for long so come by the farm stand and see what’s fresh this week!

How’s your cut flower garden going this season? Do you have any favorites so far?

Here at the farm, Statice, Gomphrena, Ageratum, and Zinnias are all starting to make themselves known, and it feels like such an exciting turning point in the season. The beds are filling in, the colors are starting to show, and every walk through the rows feels a little different than the last.

We love this stage of growing. It’s full of little surprises, tiny wins, and so much anticipation for what’s still to come. These are the flowers that bring so much texture, movement, and cheer into our arrangements, and seeing them begin to shine in the field makes our flower-loving hearts so happy.
