Heads up, incredible humans! As August winds down, I wanted to give you a heads-up on my upcoming fall/winter schedule, starting September 1st. My college classes are kicking into high gear, so my availability will be shifting.
Here's what it looks like:
Tuesdays/Thursdays: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Fridays: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
This means those prime spots will fill up fast. If consistent self-care is a non-negotiable for you (and it should be!), I highly recommend looking at your September calendar now and booking your sessions in advance.
