Our mission at the Nest is for you to feel right at home as soon as you walk through our doors. Did you know our building was built in 1986 to create the original downtown Addison. It connects to the historic Addison Bank that was first opened in 1912. We know you will love our space as much as we do!​​​​​​​​

After 3 home births, Dr. Gowin has lived the natural birth and pregnancy lifestyle. However, when she was walking through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum she noticed the lack of community and true health care.​​​​​​​​

It was after her first birth that she was given the opportunity to open the Nest, and it has grown every day since then. Being able to see and care for women walking through preconception, pregnancy, and into motherhood has been the greatest gift.​​​​​​​​
