Beltmann Integrated Logistics supported freight, warehousing, and installation services for Uchi Miami, the latest concept from James Beard Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole. Known for its nontraditional approach to Japanese cuisine, Uchi blends elevated dining with a curated guest experience.

Our team managed the receiving, secure warehousing, and coordinated installation of furniture, art designs, fixtures, and equipment across the restaurant’s thoughtfully designed space. Scope included the main dining areas, bar and sushi counter, and back-of-house operations, ensuring everything was delivered and installed with precision.

Each phase was executed to align with construction timelines, supporting a seamless opening as Uchi Miami brings its signature culinary experience to one of the city’s most busy neighborhoods.

Beltmann Integrated Logistics has been awarded warehousing and installation services for The Continental, a ground-up mixed-use development in downtown San Antonio, Texas. The project includes a new 16-story market-rate tower seamlessly integrated with the historic Continental Hotel and Arana building, which are being refurbished into commercial, office, and creative loft spaces.
