A project inside Old Parkland East carries a different level of expectation. Scott + Reid delivered a high-end office buildout for Pearl Energy Investments, creating a refined Class A workspace within one of Dallas’ most prestigious office environments.

Designed by Corgan, the space blends executive offices, boardrooms, and collaboration areas with elevated finishes and detailed millwork that reflect the quality expected within Old Parkland. Delivered within an occupied, high-security environment, the project required careful sequencing, logistics planning, and precise ex*****on from start to finish. A project defined by detail, coordination, and delivery at the highest standard of Class A office construction.

Construction remains one of the most hazardous industries, which is exactly why Safety Week was created. It is built on the idea that incidents are preventable. At Scott + Reid, we are proud of our safety record and our ABC STEP Platinum accreditation. More importantly, we see safety as a culture that shows up in how our teams work every day. This week, we brought our team together for aerial training at the office. It was a chance to focus on working at height, build awareness, and reinforce the habits that carry into the field.

Safety is driven by the people doing the work. The ones who plan ahead, communicate clearly, and step in when something is not right. We are grateful for the teams who keep each other safe and make sure everyone goes home at the end of the day.
