When you punch that time clock, it's time to go to work!! Big Mike trying to catch some air between sets tonight before jumping right back into the mix.
Back at it with the today, rocking out those hip thrusts and firing the glutes. Training asymmetrical again to bring that stabilization into play.
Going with some asymmetrical with the tonight. Great way to get in some compound while forcing your body to stabilize!
Spending Sunday afternoon throwing some combos. Set up your rounds and go the distance!!
