Update from Addison Police Department

Earlier this evening at approximately 8:00PM, Addison Police along with the Northern Illinois Police Alarm System (NIPAS SWAT Team) executed a search warrant in the 200 block of East North Avenue as part of an ongoing investigation into a recent shooting. Several police vehicles along with equipment were staged at the nearby Empress parking lot and the neighborhood was heavily secured until all occupants of the residence were taken into custody.
